Lilac Fingers / Magnitone Pulsar Diary: Day 3

Ugh, I hate it when my nail polish chips... My nice peachy nails got ruined yesterday and it was bothering me so I thought I'd give my other new Barry M shade a go.

This is the shade Berry Lilac and I really like how it looks. The formula isn't as thick as the Peach Melba shade, so this required three coats. It also takes a while to dry once you have your third coat on, so take note from someone who ruined her lovely lilac nails too many times this evening!

If you like the colour, I'd recommend getting it - it really is very pretty!

Ok so now, more from the Magnitone saga. Welcome to day number 3. Soft face, makeup went on even better this morning (no seriously, like a dream! It was amazing!) The spots that were threatening to come up yesterday have gone without appearing for now, so I'm super happy about that! Now I just need it to start helping to get rid of my chin redness from where I had a bad breakout a couple of months ago.

Here's how my skin is looking, sort of (terrible light in my room wouldn't allow me to get a good picture, but you get the idea). I wouldn't usually post a picture without makeup because I majorly dislike my face, but I'm being brave for the cause! I realise you have no starting comparison, but you'll just have to take my word for the fact that it is looking better, to me at least!

Tomorrow I have to start doing my background research for the first of my dissertations (boo!) , but I hope to get a post up at some point. I'm also going to be doing my blog planning tomorrow, so please let me know if there are any posts you'd be interested in seeing from me!

Let me know what you think of the nails, I love reading comments from you all!
